This includes:
- Prices;
- Availability;
- Service descriptions;
- Images;
- Terms and conditions;
- Cancellation policies.
5. Pricing
Suppliers agree that:
- Prices provided are accurate;
- No hidden charges will apply;
- Applicable taxes and fees are disclosed;
- Pricing changes are communicated promptly.
ILOVEVOYAGE reserves the right to remove inaccurate pricing.
6. Booking Confirmation
Suppliers must:
- Confirm or reject bookings promptly;
- Honour confirmed bookings;
- Notify ILOVEVOYAGE immediately of any issues affecting a booking.
7. Cancellations
Suppliers must provide clear cancellation policies.
If a supplier cancels a confirmed booking, the supplier may be responsible for:
- Refunds;
- Alternative arrangements;
- Additional costs incurred by customers where applicable.
8. Customer Service
Suppliers must:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries;
- Handle complaints professionally;
- Cooperate with ILOVEVOYAGE in resolving disputes.
9. Compliance
Suppliers must comply with:
- UK consumer protection laws;
- Data protection legislation;
- Anti-discrimination laws;
- Health and safety regulations;
- Travel industry regulations applicable to their services.
10. Insurance
Suppliers must maintain appropriate insurance coverage relevant to their business activities, including public liability insurance where applicable.
Proof of insurance may be requested at any time.
11. Data Protection
Suppliers receiving customer information must:
- Use information solely for fulfilling bookings;
- Protect customer data;
- Comply with applicable data protection laws;
- Not sell or misuse customer information.
12. Intellectual Property
Suppliers grant ILOVEVOYAGE permission to use:
- Business names;
- Logos;
- Images;
- Marketing materials;
for the purpose of promoting and selling supplier services.
Suppliers warrant they own or have permission to use such materials.
13. Suspension and Termination
ILOVEVOYAGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate supplier relationships where:
- Supplier information is inaccurate;
- Service quality falls below acceptable standards;
- Legal or regulatory breaches occur;
- Customer complaints indicate serious concerns.
14. Limitation of Liability
ILOVEVOYAGE acts as an intermediary platform.
Suppliers remain responsible for the delivery and performance of their own services.
15. Governing Law
These Supplier Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
