REFUND POLICY

2. Agency Status

ILOVEVOYAGE acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Hotels
  • Tour operators
  • Transfer providers
  • Car rental companies
  • Visa service providers
  • Travel insurance providers

Unless otherwise stated, your contract is directly with the relevant supplier.

Refund decisions are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be available where:

  • The supplier permits cancellation and refund;
  • The booking includes a refundable fare or rate;
  • The supplier cancels the service;
  • A duplicate payment has been made;
  • A booking cannot be fulfilled due to supplier error.

Any approved refund will be processed according to the airline's procedures and timelines.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay the handling of your booking dispute.
