BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Booking Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through I LOVE VOYAGE LTD ("ILOVEVOYAGE", "we", "us", or "our"), whether made through our Website, mobile application, email, telephone, or customer support team.

By making a booking with ILOVEVOYAGE, you agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Booking Terms & Conditions, you should not make a booking through our Website or services.

3. Agency Relationship

ILOVEVOYAGE acts as an intermediary and booking agent for airlines, hotels, transfer providers, tour operators, activity providers, visa providers, car hire companies and other travel suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your contract for travel services is directly with the relevant travel supplier.

ILOVEVOYAGE is not the provider of the travel services themselves and accepts no responsibility for the performance of services supplied by third parties.

 

4. Booking Process

When you submit a booking request, it does not automatically mean that your booking has been accepted.

A booking is only confirmed when:

• Full payment or any required deposit payment has been successfully received;

• The supplier confirms availability;

• A booking confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.

 

5. Payments

Customers must pay all applicable charges associated with their booking.

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or by way of a deposit, depending on the travel service selected and the supplier's requirements.

We accept payment methods displayed on our Website at the time of booking. All payments are processed using secure payment gateways and industry-standard security measures.

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.

You authorise ILOVEVOYAGE to charge the payment method provided for all amounts due in connection with your booking.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and the application of supplier cancellation charges.

 

6. Booking Confirmation

Following successful payment and supplier confirmation, we will issue a booking confirmation by email.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details immediately upon receipt, including:

• Passenger names

• Travel dates

• Destinations

• Accommodation details

• Flight details

• Transfer arrangements

• Any special requests

Any errors or discrepancies must be reported to us as soon as possible.

Failure to notify us promptly may result in additional charges imposed by suppliers.

Receipt of a booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of the booking details provided.

 

7. Prices and Availability

All prices displayed on our Website are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

If a pricing error affects your booking, we will contact you before confirmation and provide the option to:

8. Customer Responsibilities

Amendment fees may be charged by the supplier and/or ILOVEVOYAGE.

Not all bookings can be amended after confirmation.

Any amendment request must be submitted in writing.

 

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary according to the travel service booked and the supplier involved.

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation charges.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the supplier and payment provider.

11. Supplier Changes

Travel suppliers may occasionally make changes to:

• Flight schedules

• Accommodation arrangements

ILOVEVOYAGE is not responsible for supplier-initiated changes beyond our control.

 

12. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining:

• Valid passports

• Required visas

• Travel permits

• Health certificates

• Vaccination documentation

• Any other required travel documentation

Failure to obtain appropriate documentation may result in denied boarding, refused entry or cancellation of travel services without refund.

 

13. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical expenses

• Personal belongings

• Travel delays

• Emergency repatriation

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in the booking.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILOVEVOYAGE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses;

• Loss of profits;

• Loss of enjoyment;

• Loss of business opportunities;

• Loss of data;

• Travel disruptions caused by suppliers;

• Delays or cancellations outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

• Any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Epidemics;

• Government actions;

• Terrorism;

• Civil unrest;

• Industrial disputes;

• Transport disruptions.

In such circumstances, supplier terms and conditions will apply.

 

16. Fraud Prevention

• Request proof of identity;

• Request proof of payment card ownership;

• Refuse suspicious transactions;

• Cancel bookings where fraud is suspected.

Fraudulent activity may be reported to law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities.

If you experience a problem during your travel arrangements, you should first contact the relevant supplier directly.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Complaints should be submitted in writing together with supporting documentation where applicable.

 

18. Governing Law

These Booking Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
